The origin of this idea born from the passion for the Quality food.
Ideas born from discussions with friends, teachers, farmers, ranchers, pasta makers, veterinarians, butchers. Targeted discussions to understand what's in a food and how it's made. Comparisons of methodologies, tradition researches.
Hence the idea of self-certification of the production chain to tell the story of the food to consumers and to propose to a wider audience these stories about traditions.
For us Quality doesn't just fit the characteristics of the products but it means research those products who have respect of traditions meanwhile innovative, products processed by passion for food and the territorial competence. In other words, foods that are above expectations: Food Excellence.
